Calendar

See everything that is planned and posted, move posts by dragging them, and find good times to post.

On this page

The calendar shows every post that is planned or posted, on its day, for the brand you picked at the top.

Where to find it#

Dashboard → Calendar.

Times are in your workspace timezone (shown under the title). Press (change) at the top to change it.

Schedule a post and see it on the calendar#

  1. Press New post (top right), or the + on any day in the calendar. Create opens with that day filled in.
  2. Pick the accounts, write the post, and choose a time under When to post.
  3. Press Schedule. You land back on the calendar and the post is on its day.

Each post on the calendar shows the network, the time, +1 (or more) when it also goes to other accounts, and the start of the text. Click a post to open and edit it.
