What each plan includes, what happens on Free, and how to upgrade.
Every workspace starts on Free. You can stay there as long as you like. Upgrade when you need more accounts, more AI credits, more brands or more people.
A plan covers one workspace: all its brands, accounts and team members.

Paying yearly gives you two months free.
Upgrading#
- Open Billing & plan.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly · 2 months free.
- Press Upgrade to the plan you want.
- Press Continue to payment and pay on the secure checkout page.
You come back to Social9 when you are done. The new plan can take a minute to show.
Only the workspace owner can change the plan. Everyone else sees the plans but cannot buy.
Enterprise#
Enterprise is priced on request. Press Talk to us on the Enterprise card.
