This Cookie Policy explains how Social9, Inc. ("Social9") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at social9.com and in our application at app.social9.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site recognise your browser on later requests, for example to keep you signed in. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way, and this policy covers them too.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary
Needed for the site and app to work and stay secure: signing in, protecting forms, connecting social media accounts safely and blocking abusive traffic. They cannot be switched off in our systems, and do not need your consent.
Functional
Remember choices you make in the app, such as language or workspace, so you do not have to set them each visit.
Analytics
Help us understand how people use our website, such as which pages are visited, so we can improve it. They are set only on social9.com, not in the app, and only with your consent where the law requires it.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

4. Social Media Platforms
When you connect a social media account, you are sent to that platform's own sign-in page (for example, Facebook, Google or TikTok). That platform may set its own cookies, under its own cookie policy. Social9 cannot read or control those cookies. Social9 does not embed social media tracking pixels on its website or in its app.
5. Your Choices
- Cookie banner. On your first visit we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you accept them. Your choice is kept for 6 months.
- Change your mind. Select Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. If you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics cookies already set.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics cookies.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in to the app.
- Google Analytics opt-out. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data on any website with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when we add, remove or change a cookie. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
