Practice mode by default
New connections start in practice mode: Claude writes labelled drafts only. Nothing is published or sent for approval.
You choose the access
Pick which brands Claude can see, and whether it may write, schedule, publish, approve or use AI credits.
Your approval rules still apply
Posts follow the brand's Autopilot mode, quiet hours, blocked words and Pause.
Revoke any time
Remove Claude's access from Social9 whenever you like.

Social9 MCP: FAQ
What is the Social9 MCP server?
It's a connector that lets Claude work with your Social9 account using the Model Context Protocol. Add https://app.social9.com/mcp as a custom connector, sign in, and Claude can plan, draft and schedule posts for Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky and Mastodon.
Will Claude publish posts without asking?
Not by default. New connections start in practice mode, where Claude only writes labelled drafts. Publishing needs a permission you grant when you connect, and posts still follow your brand's Autopilot mode and approval rules.
Which plan do I need?
Connecting Claude is part of the paid plans: Individual ($12/mo), Team, Agency and Enterprise. What Claude can do follows your plan's limits for networks, brands and AI credits.
Does it use my AI credits?
Writing posts and making images through Claude uses the same AI credits as the dashboard, and only if you allow AI use when you connect. Reading your calendar or scheduling posts you already have doesn't use credits.
