What is social media automation?

Will automated posts feel robotic?
Every draft follows your brand profile: what you do, your audience and your tone, plus blocked words. You get 3 versions of every post to choose from, and on Drafts only or Approve first you see everything before it goes out.
How do I stay in control?
Pick the mode that fits. Drafts only writes but never posts. Approve first waits for your approval. Full Autopilot, on Team and up, publishes on its own. Quiet hours block posting at times you choose, and Pause stops posting when you need a break.
What happens if a post fails?
Social9 retries it automatically. If it still can't go out, you get a plain-language alert explaining why, and a prompt to reconnect if the network needs it.
Is Social9 just a scheduler?
No. A scheduler only posts what you've already written. Social9 also plans the week from a link or a short description, writes the posts in your voice and makes images with AI, then publishes them on schedule.
