How do I keep each client's voice separate?
Each brand has its own brand profile: what the client does, who it is for, how it sounds and the words it never uses. Social9 writes every post for a brand from that brand's profile only, so a law firm's posts don't pick up a gym's tone.
Can clients approve posts?
Yes. On Team, Agency and Enterprise plans, teammates and clients can review and approve posts in Social9 before they publish. With Approve first, nothing goes out until it is approved.
Do I pay per seat?
