Who qualifies
Registered nonprofit organizations that can show an official ID.
- A nonprofit or charity incorporated or registered with a government authority
- An official registration or charity ID, such as a US 501(c)(3) EIN, a UK Charity Commission number or your country's equivalent
- An application sent from an email address on the organization's own domain, or its official listed email
- A Social9 account for the organization (the Free plan is enough to start)

- Individuals, including people fundraising on their own
- Unregistered groups, clubs and informal community projects
- Political campaigns, candidates and political parties
- Government agencies and public bodies

With the 30% nonprofit discount, monthly prices are Individual $8.40, Team $27.30, Agency $69.30, instead of $12.00, $39.00, $99.00. The Free plan stays $0 for everyone.
Is Social9 free for nonprofits?
The Free plan is open to everyone, nonprofits included, with no time limit and no credit card: 1 brand, 3 social accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Mastodon or Bluesky and 20 AI credits a month. The nonprofit discount applies when you move to a paid plan.
What proof does Social9 need for the nonprofit discount?
Your organization's official registration or charity ID, such as a US 501(c)(3) EIN or a UK Charity Commission number, plus your legal name and country. Send the email from your organization's own domain or its official email so we can match it to the registration.
Who is not eligible for the nonprofit discount?
Individuals, unregistered groups, political campaigns and parties, and government agencies are not eligible. They can still use the Free plan or a paid plan at the standard price.
