Several brands

Run more than one business or client from one workspace, and keep each brand's accounts, voice and posts apart.

On this page

Each brand has its own accounts, voice, Autopilot settings, posts and, if you want, its own timezone. Your plan and team are shared by the whole workspace.

Where to find it#

Dashboard → All brands → Add brand, or Add brand in the switcher at the top.

How many brands your plan includes#

PlanBrandsAccounts per brand
Free13
Individual13
Team33
Agency55
EnterpriseUnlimitedUnlimited

When you reach the limit, Add brand asks you to upgrade.

Need one more account in a brand without changing plan? Add an Extra channel ($4/month each). Each one adds one account in total and one in each brand. See Add-ons.

Switching between brands#

Use the Workspace › Brand switcher in the top bar of every page. It shows the workspace you are in and the brand you picked. Open it and pick one brand, or All brands to see everything together. The same menu lists your other Workspaces (each has its own plan, brands and team) and lets you Create a workspace.

What you write, plan and connect goes to the brand you picked. Check it before you press Write or Connect.

Each brand's timezone#

A brand uses the workspace timezone unless you give it its own under Edit profile → Timezone. See Timezones.

Deleting a brand#

Open All brands (the Brands page) and press Delete on the brand's card and confirm. Only owners and admins can do this.

  • The brand's connected accounts are disconnected. Your pages on the networks are not touched.
  • Its scheduled posts go back to drafts, so nothing goes out.
  • It cannot be undone.

Brands that need attention#

When you have several brands, the Home page shows Brands that need attention: accounts to reconnect, posts that failed, posts to approve, and brands with nothing planned this week. Click a brand to go straight to the fix.

Giving people access to one brand only#

When you invite someone, choose Brand access: All brands, or Only one brand. See Team and roles.

The same goes for AI assistants: when you connect one, you choose which brands it can use. See Permissions and test mode.
