One address for every app: https://app.social9.com/mcp. You sign in with OAuth, so no passwords or API keys go into Claude.

Add a custom connector
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, click + and choose Add custom connector. Name it Social9, paste https://app.social9.com/mcp and click Add. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it under Organization settings → Connectors and members click Connect.

Sign in and choose access
Sign in to Social9, pick the workspace and brands, and choose what Claude may do. Leave the OAuth client ID and secret empty: Claude registers itself. Keep Test mode on to try it safely.

Turn it on in a chat
In a chat, enable Social9 from the + menu under Connectors and ask for what you need. Once added, the connector works in Claude's web, desktop and mobile apps.

You stay in charge of what goes out
Test mode first
Every new connection starts in test mode. Claude can draft and schedule, but nothing is sent to the networks or for approval until you switch it off.
Your approvals still apply
Posts follow the brand's Autopilot mode, approval rules, quiet hours and blocked words. Publishing right away and approving posts are off unless you tick them.
Permissions per app
Pick the brands Claude can see and what it may do: read, create and schedule, use AI credits, publish now, approve, edit brands.
Revoke any time
See 90 days of activity for each app, remove a permission or disconnect it under Account menu → Connected apps. Access stops straight away.

MCP access comes with Individual, Team, Agency and Enterprise. The Free plan can't connect AI apps.

Writing a post uses 4 credits, as in the dashboard. Reading and scheduling don't use credits. Top up with a credit pack.

Scheduling posts with Claude: FAQ
Can Claude schedule social media posts?
Yes, once you connect a scheduler to it. Claude can't reach your social accounts by itself. With Social9 added as a custom connector, Claude can write drafts, put them on your Social9 calendar and, if you allow it, publish them.
Which Claude plan do I need?
Any plan. Anthropic offers custom connectors on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Free accounts are limited to one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds the connector for the organization first.
How do I add Social9 to Claude Code?
Run claude mcp add --transport http social9 https://app.social9.com/mcp in your terminal, then type /mcp in Claude Code, choose social9 and Authenticate.
Will Claude publish posts without asking?
Not by default. New connections start in test mode, where nothing is sent to the networks or for approval. Publishing right away and approving posts are separate permissions that start switched off, and posts still follow your brand's Autopilot mode and approval rules.
Which Social9 plan includes MCP?
Individual ($12/mo), Team ($39/mo), Agency ($99/mo) and Enterprise. The Free plan can't connect AI apps. Owners, admins and editors can connect an app; approvers and viewers can't.
Does it use my AI credits?
Only when Claude asks Social9 to write or make images, and only if you allowed AI use when you connected. A post costs 4 credits, the same as in the dashboard. Reading your calendar or scheduling posts you already have is free.
Which networks can I schedule to?
All 11 that Social9 supports: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky and Mastodon. Claude works with the accounts you've connected in Social9.
