Phong is beyond outstanding. My husband and I recommend looking no further than ProWeb365 for website developing, website hosting, and other professional needs for your business. I found ProWeb365 while searching on the internet. At first, I was very reluctant with ProWeb365 because of my experience with an unprofessional website company that provided a less-than-quality website due to our budget, and they asked for a retainer fee of $3,000 prior to making any corrections or asking any questions. Oh yes, my guard was up!Phong was patient and proved himself to be worthy of our trust. There are website companies that live by the motto: You get what you pay for. This is not Phong. We had limited funds after paying a website company who had done a terrible job on our website, and we were a start-up company with a small budget. Our online business, Her Time Wellness, requires a professional look with an easy-to-navigate website. Phong worked within our budget, provided professionalism, expert advice, and returned our emails and phone calls promptly. Phong and his team worked late nights on our project and completed the project prior to the deadline.Overall, ProWeb365 gave us the best customer experience possible. One of the contributing factors for our wonderful website was that Phong took the time to get to know our business and build a relationship, which resulted in a website that exceeded our expectations.
