HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE with VINDICTA AGENCY!!!!!Don't let the ad reviews or look of there site and the figures that you are told persuade you to send your money to this company. They took on our Google ads campaign and we never got to speak or have a meeting with the ads manager to let them know more about our business and target audience and locations we wanted to target. After we had paid there hefty fee we had to call numerous times to see what was going on and to get the campaign moving. We were surprised that after speaking to James he just turned on the ads campaign with our consulting us or even knowing what we sold or our target audience was. This run for 2 weeks and we have made numerous calls and there was no one would come to the phone or return our calls. After week 1 as the ad spend was going up and no sales coming through, we got James at the end of week 2 and he stopped the ad and promised a call to discuss the campaign on the Friday and he didn't even have the decency to make the call!!!We called 5 time on the Friday and were told he was busy and would call us back, 6 weeks later and we are still waiting!!!!!!This experience cost us a lot of money on ad spend and Vindictas FEE, we are a small company and dont mind paying for success but be wary of this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've started working James & the Vindicta team in Belfast a year ago and they've been great at stepping up our SEO and Facebook Ads quality and ROI since then. They are thorough with analytics and creative with their recommendations, they are extremely pro-active and always with a can-do attitude. We are seeing results and enjoy working with them at the same time. I definitely recommend them as partners to grow any business online in Belfast, Northern Ireland or even further afield.

Really impressed with this outfit, just brilliant from start to finish. James is a total professional with a fantastic future ahead of him. I would be fairly technologically savvy, but Vindicta are a whole other level! In addition, Gosia has the voice of an angel. Well done guys, and thank you so much for your time and effort.Don't fall down.., FALLUP!! ⬆️⬆️
