I order the paper as a promotion offer when the trib called me. They said its 1.95 a week for 10 weeks, I thought great deal. So the lady said we will do a 1 time charge to your credit card for 1.95 to start. Well needless to say they took the 19.50 full 10 week charge. So I called and made a complaint, the lady was very rude and over talked me saying we will handle it and I will have a supervisor call you back today. Well another day goes by and no call. This was a non authorized transaction. I'm not happy at all about this. They are rude, lie, and I will no longer get there paper.
