I wanted to share my experience with this company. I am an investor that entered into a 1-year loan agreement that became a 2-year nightmare. Dealing with late payments, poor communication, unpaid late fees and unprofessionalism. I had to involve a lawyer and I am currently in legal proceeding to recuperate investment funds from this company. They are not trustworthy. Proceed with caution.

Another contractor screwed over by themI was hired to rehab a trailer for them in ballston lake ny.They paied the deposit fine then after that I had to beg them finally I gave up and lost out on good amount of money Jake was cool did what he couldAustin on the other had told me I had to wait for the home to be sold to get paid.Stay away from them for your own good.

Ive had the unfortunate displeasure of having to interact with Austin the self proclaimed “Owner of Windham”. This person is extremely unprofessional. He text messaged me at 10:35pm on 11-26-24 to threaten eviction. After asking them who they were and what their name is, he finally identified him self to be Austin Deraaff. He continued to message me even on Thanksgiving making threats of court and eviction, wishing me “the best of luck”. This person continues to raise our rent above the legal limit and charge late fees that are also above the legal limit. Beware of this company!

Do not invest with them. Been waiting over 2 years for a 1 year loan agreement.They do not respond to messages and always keep you in the dark.Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Unless you want to throw away your money stay far away.

Dishonest, disloyal and incompetent! Claim to do one thing and then do complete opposite! They prey on people with bad situations claiming to put a lil money in your pockets mean while they truthfully putting money in their pockets instead! Best thing people need to do is do there research before dealing with these people don’t let some of these good reviews fool you! Trust me they tried getting my families house for next to nothing offered us just a few thousand hoping that we all fall for it so they could make 6x the amount offered to us! We were all about til one of us found out about their lies so decide to pull out of the deal, so since that happened they decide to not reimburse me for the monies I paid for my sister and mine paperwork after they said they would that very same day this happened on a Tuesday come Friday the day things were supposed to be finalized but because one family members not my sister nor me mind you they decided not to reimburse me for the paperwork, copies, notaries and over night shipment of all these things they requested and even rushed us to get it in that very Tuesday yet it’s been a week and still no reimbursement! My sister is a full time college student and works full time while I’m serving in the Army they fully knew the money I had was for my uniforms and yet decided to lie about it all! Tried taking advantage of us while we are good hardworking American citizens and serving my country yet this is how they treat people especially ones sacrificing our lives for them to be deceitful and lie imagine what they will do to any one else especially if your having financial woes they will rob you blind so please folks do yourselves a favor if they approach you or even if you approach them be sure to do your research our they will be the ones that benefit more then you do and make sure they pay you upfront for any paperwork, notaries, over night shipping because if not you won’t get that back either trust me I have receipts as proof and...
