If you’re considering hiring Maxburst for any of your upcoming projects I’ll save you the time, you don’t have to read my review….. Just hire them on the spot! I cannot recommend them enough…. I had an idea on how to better manage documents and make a portal that was interactive with my clients. I did not even know if this was possible but I had a dream with nowhere to start on implementation. I Interviewed several companies and was discouraged and unable to find anyone up to the challenge. Once I sat down with Andrew Ruditser I quickly knew that I had come to the right place. In the first meeting my vision was interpreted into the tech world with a real understanding of exactly what I was looking to accomplish. The complicated nature of the project, at least from my perspective, was simplified and processed in such a professional manner that it made it easy to explain and understand. I stress this because I believe the initial communication is key to the success of the project. Subsequently, we ventured on an 8 month journey with targets and repeated meetings discussing checkpoints as the system was developed. Every time I thought I was being to demanding, or maybe suggesting something too complicated, I was greeted and pleasantly surprised by a response of, “no problem” or “sure we’ll look into adding that”. In addition, there were creative additions to the system which I didn’t even consider. It was truly a collaborative effort and I would absolutely hire them again in the future. I am still working with them as they are hosting the portal and the customer service continues to impress. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with them.
