e9 Digital created a website for my organization, the Innovation Institute for Food and Health at UC Davis. We are a complex organization with a lot of varied activities and therefore not a simple website to design. e9 not only managed to communicate what we do incredibly well, they also made a beautiful and professional website. It was also a literal joy to work with the team. They were fun, responsive, open-minded, etc. I feel like we were constantly changing things up on them and they just worked with it. I don't write many reviews, but had to here. Highly recommended!

I was a couple of years out of acupuncture school and using a website a friend built. It did not reflect the level of professionalism I wanted to portray as a healthcare practitioner. I wanted something clean, soft, and conveyed information about a modality that, for many, still had a connotation of being New Age or woo woo. I will never forget the first meeting with e9 digital where I discussed my vision. I brought my business cards, ink-pressed on a soft cotton-like paper. The design team designed a website around these cards that I loved and it reflected everything I wanted. Beyond the beautiful design, e9 digital modifies your website as your business evolves. Recently when we shut down due to the initial wave of the COVID 19 pandemic, e9 digital proactively reached out to ask if we would like a red button on our site to inform visitors about our status and later, our re-opening policies and procedures. When I think of e9 digital, I think above and beyond...from design to website functionality, to service...they are your partners in your online presence. This is very important in a business world that often starts and continues online. I'm grateful for the relationship I have with e9 digital. In addition to a world-class website, I have a team that has my back.

We selected E9Digital to re-do our website about a year ago based on the other sites we had seen that they had done and a thorough comparison versus other Web development firms in the New York area. I was VERY glad that we chose them. Their process was unlike anything I had ever seen before from a customer/vendor collaboration standpoint. Their pre-build questionnaire to get the info they needed to make the most efficient site build was also incredible. And our first office-visit (which wasn't necessary but was nice!) and subsequent video conference check-in gave us the opportunity to direct the imagery, branding and site direction just enough to have us end up with the perfect site. Ever since the launch of E9 Digital's site redesign for us, we've noticed a step-function change in the quantity of new customer inquiries and the speed with which they sign-up for our service. So yea, we're happy. And ever since the launch, the very very few little content edits or tweaks that we've needed to do E9Digital gets done perfectly and within one day max. Highly recommend this web dev/strategy/branding team for any business anywhere.
