Fraudulent company. Kicksta stopped growing my account and despite repeated emails, I got no joy out of them. Finally, I cancelled my subscription, and step by step they have taken all the followers the fave me in the past away. What a collosal waste of money. Do not use them.

If only I could give them negative stars, I would. They don't even deserve one star.I contacted them about multiple issues, but they did not deliver a solution. I was patient with them to get a solution, I even considered what they told me to do, and still, I had the same problems with my account, my Instagram account almost got suspended because of them.I do not recommend them at all.

I canceled my subscription the same day I signed up, just to test the tool. Despite that, they kept charging my card every month. There's no way to remove your card or cancel again through the website — it only tells you to contact customer support.I haven’t used the service and the account is linked to a company I no longer work with. I want my refund. This is unacceptable.

Blatantly being ignored. Attempted to cancel my trial which it says can be done if still within that time frame… that is not possible without contacting them and speaking with them. But they quite literally do not answer. Other users have reported that they will ignore until the trial ends… charge you… and then say you are still being charged. That appears to be the tactic here. I’ve sent emails with screenshots within emails to provide timestamps. No answers.

I used the free trial and canceled before it ended but continue to see multiple people searches on IG I haven’t conducted as well as new people I supposedly started following which I never requested to Follow. This is happening weeks after I closed the Kicksta account. I cleared the recently searched bar and a few hours later a bunch more accounts appear on my Search list that I never looked up. I re requested they stop accessing my account but it has continued.
