THEY WERE DEPOSITING MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT.I HAD TO TELL THEM OVER 4 MONTHS THAT NO ONE SHOULD TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND MY APPROVAL BUT THEY STILL DID IT AND I HAD TO BLOCK AND CHANGE MY BANK INFO. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ALMOST FELT LIKE I AM DEALING WITH A SCAM.

Horrible customer service! No support from billing or tech support. It is not at all what the web page was purported to be, there is no dashboard to make simple changes, and billing is a joke. No one answers their calls except sales. Very slick presentation and you are stuck with bills that keep coming-BEWARE. I have been with them over 2 years and we are sold on the fact that the website is always ours.

Agent Image has done a great job building our site. They are always proactively monitoring our website and quick to respond to any needed updates. I could not be happier with the service they provide. They're also doing our SEO and it's been fun to collaborate with the writer over our blog posts and watch the amount of visitors increase each month on google analytics.

We wanted to have our home page video updated and all we had was about an hours worth of footage all chopped up with an idea of how we wanted it to look but no skills to actually execute. Luckily for us, Rodrigo answered my call and immediately was able to help guide me through the process. He edited, spliced, and enhanced the video down to a perfect short loop for the site. We made a few revision requests and all of this happened so quickly. We are thrilled with how it turned out. We highly recommend Agent Image with a big 5 stars to Rodrigo as well.

It has been a pleasure to work with Audrey Binay to get our new website online. She is extremely good at what she does, very knowledgeable and so eager to please her customers. I never had to ask twice for anything. It was done quickly and done correctly the first time. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of having a new site designed.
