As a former client of Wow Makers, I must express my dissatisfaction with their services. While they promised sterling quality, my experience was far from satisfactory. The project lacked the depth of expertise I was expecting, especially considering their claim of specialization in UI. The communication was not as smooth as I had hoped, and the project delivery was delayed beyond the agreed timeline.

I recently had the pleasure of working with WowMakers for our smart home startup, Jixo. They were instrumental in building our branding and conducting detailed UX research to bring our vision for home automation to life. They were incredibly professional and skilled at project management, guiding us through every step of the process, from onboarding to sign-off.Their ability to effectively communicate our vision, how the product works, and how we tried to solve our customers’ pain points stood out. They produced a series of engaging explainer videos that helped us to showcase our product and its unique features.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work that WowMakers did for us. Our website was a bit outdated and non-responsive and showcased only minimal information when we were too small. For this reason, we wanted a fresh website reflecting our current business with an elegant and simple website. Also, we wanted a dual-language responsive website, in English and Japanese.From cluttered and exhaustive content on the previous website, WowMakers rebuilt the platform into a content-rich and easy-to-navigate site. Visitors could now instantly spot what they were looking for. A process-driven team, WowMakers brought promising results.They had a great sense of design that brought a unique and standout outcome. We found it impressive. WowMakers is also a process-driven team.
