Very knowledgeable people behind this agency. Our experience has not been very positive though as we lacked the understanding of our needs as client. The description of the services was very far from what the agency had explained to us.Most importantly due to some internal reorganizations that cost us a lot of time and therefore had to change our time frame where we had to face very negative and even arrogant and insulting reactions.All in all, it is important to make very precise agreements here and to make sure that you (as client) demand that the provider follows your exact needs.
