  Absolutely love working with WayUp.Communication is a 10/10 which is extremely important to our company.We loved how creative the team was and they delivered everything we expected & more!They spent a ton of time with us on our initial meeting to go over all our expectations and needs and you can tell everyone really loves what they do, which is displayed in their work.Would recommend to anyone looking for a great team to work with to help you reach your real estate goals/vision

  Extremely Disappointed – Unresponsive and UnprofessionalI tried multiple times to get in touch with this business—called several times, left voicemails, and never received any response! Not a single call back, not even an acknowledgment!That’s not just bad service—it’s DISRESPECTFUL to potential customers. If you're running a business, the bare minimum is answering your phone or returning messages.Honestly, it felt RUDE and careless. If this is how they treat people before you even walk in the door, I can only imagine what the in-person experience would be like. Not a place I’d recommend or try again.UPDATE: I left multiple voicemails over several days and never received a callback, which is why I left this honest review. I’m disappointed by the business’s unprofessional response, which included personal attacks and assumptions about me. I’ve never left a fake review. This experience was real and mine alone. I left multiple voicemails over several days and never received a callback, which is why I shared this honest review. I'm disappointed that instead of addressing the issue, the business responded by accusing me of being a “troll” and suggesting I used AI to write the review. For the record, my review is based entirely on my real experience, and while I chose to write it clearly and thoughtfully, that doesn’t make it fake or dishonest. It’s unfortunate that the business chose to respond with personal attacks rather than professionalism.I stand by my review.

  Brandon and his team are professional and always deliver top quality photos and video. Being in the luxury home building business it is important that we showcase our product in the best possible way. Way Up Media is our go to vendor time and time again.
