I had an interview with Velocity Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. that spanned two days. On the first day, I went through 3-4 rounds and was then called back for an additional round or a small test, which I completed. After that, the head of the company told me that the HR would call me the next day. However, that call never came.If candidates invest their time, effort, and money, then company should show respect by providing clear communication and follow-up. It's disappointing when there is a lack of professionalism in handling the process.
