I've had a wonderful experience with TrakTek over the last 7 years. I lean into them for copy writing and website content most directly - and they created and maintain the infrastructure our site lives within. Our agency partnered with TrakTek on a project for our client Stanley Black and Decker. We were asked to create a Prezi presentation to illustrate a very complicated customer journey. The TrakTek team was extremely professional, detailed and added strategic guidance that resulted in high client satisfaction. Creatively, they were able to visualize a part of the business that the client had not been able to previously illustrate for upper management, making the project a huge success.
