Very bad experience, service not delivered. Preparing complaints.We hired Miquel Serrat and The Webmaster to develop a website in November 2023, with an initial payment of 50% in advance as agreed. Despite not fulfilling his part of the contract, he refused to continue if we did not pay an additional 25%, which we found surreal. We made the serious mistake of trusting him again. Unfortunately, after 5 months of broken promises and multiple complaints, we did not receive the website that we had promised to deliver in 2 months.We do not have the website contracted and they have kept all our money. Despite our repeated and countless attempts at communication to resolve the issue, we did not receive any satisfactory response. This situation has caused us great disappointment, internal problems and a great loss of time and money.In addition, he has illegally impersonated my identity at the hosting company, putting his email as the only administrator and blocking our access to our account. Fortunately, we reported this to the supplier and, proving the facts, we have recovered the account. Now we are going to report him to the authorities for illegal identity theft. We have proof of everything. Dealing with this man has been one of the worst experiences of my life.We caution other potential clients to be cautious and consider other options before engaging your services. The experience has been very negative for the four people in our company who have dealt with them, and we do not at all recommend working with either Miquel Serrat or Linn Englund, who is his partner, and who is the recipient of our money. I recommend, before dealing with them, asking for a certificate of being up to date with your obligations with the Treasury from both of them, but especially from Linn Englund.
