I worked at Synram Technolab as a Flutter Developer and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite completing my full notice period and performing my duties sincerely, I faced several issues:•Unjustified salary deductions without prior notice•No final settlement or proper relieving documents provided•Work-from-home days were questioned after the fact to deny pay•Threatening calls and mental harassment after resignation•Lack of professional HR communication and mismanagementSeveral other employees also left during my tenure due to similar reasons — salary delays, poor treatment, and no PF or exit formalities. In my opinion, this company lacks transparency, professional ethics, and employee respect.I do not recommend this company to job seekers unless proper HR structure and policies are established.

The whole team at Synram Technolab is incredible. My team and I worked with them for several months developing mobile app and had a fantastic experience. I’m more than happy to give a good review about Synram Technolab, I and my friends were looking for company regarding web development services, but in Gwalior, here is not good companies for fulfill my requirement. Then I found Synram Technolab is the best IT Company in Gwalior.Thanks to the Synram Technolab, They did really great job, I was very happy with their quick responses. We thought the prices for these services were reasonable considering the service we received.
