After running Oak Tree Engineering, LLC for 23 years, I recently retired and felt compelled to share my deep appreciation for a company that has played a pivotal role in our online presence: Studio98.Before discovering Studio98, I had tried working with many individuals and companies — including several based in India — to develop and maintain our website. Unfortunately, I consistently ran into issues with reliability, responsiveness, or technical competence. That changed 13 years ago when I found Studio98. They have truly lived up to their promise of being a reliable and capable web development and hosting partner.Since engaging with Studio98, we never experienced a single security breach or hacking incident. Their customer service and technical support staff have always been responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They’ve collaborated with me closely to design our website and craft the necessary scripts, ensuring our online presence was not just functional but professional and effective.I would like to offer special thanks to Kaeio, our Sales Support Specialist in recent years. Through the challenges of running a business — including navigating the Covid-19 pandemic — Kaeio remained a steady, expert presence. Every request or inquiry was met with prompt, professional responses and resolutions. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and consistently helpful.While I feel a tinge of sadness stepping away from this partnership as I retire, I will not hesitate to return to Studio98 should I need web services again in the future. My company was a loyal customer of Studio 98 for several years. They hosted an information only website for me. Last year the page was hijacked with malware and was flagged by Google and others as a dangerous web page. I called support and got someone and created a ticket. After a month of my website showing to my customers as a site with malware and non functional I called again and was assured they were working on it. I asked for it to be taken down. Two weeks later nothing had changed. I called and asked for my files so I could get someone else to fix it. The files had viruses and were not useable. I had to pay for someone to completely redesign my site. All the wile they were still charging my credit card. Obviously I do not recommend.

I’ve worked with them for over 6 years on everything from building a website to Google Ads, down to basic hosting services. Basically I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them over that time, and worked with multiple people, across multiple services they offer, even across different owners of the company. I’ve consistent found them to be disorganized, over-priced, and lacking in basic customer service. Their employees were all nice, and tried to be helpful, but it was obvious they were either tasked with too many other things to do, or not trained well enough to provide the level of service that would produce results. Finally, after slowly downgrading my service with them to basic web hosting, I migrated to another provider about six months ago who has exceeded my expectations. My new marketing firm and I have both reached out to Studio98 MULTIPLE times to stop my hosting services, to which they agreed. Unfortunately, they continued to charge me, month after month, and each time they said “it won’t happen again.” I literally had to close my account to make this stop as they obviously had no intention of stopping the auto draft, and refuse to return my money. So unless you like to waste money and work with a disorganized company that cannot adequately provide the results they promise, I would suggest you find another marketing firm, like I did.

I hired Studio98 to do my professional website and I have been extremely happy with my choice of companies to do the work! I’ve been impressed with the communication, follow through and their expertise. Whenever I reached out to the team, they responded back to me quickly and never failed to come through with all my requests, including a weekly progress-meeting! I signed up for the monthly plan(1hour of tech support ) and again I’m happy with my decision!
