They promised the world and delivered nothing. Irrelevant keywords ranking high and important ones all ranking lower. This significantly hurt my business which has only just started to recover 4 months after leaving. They also had control of my Google Adwords which was performing well with me personally managing it (with no advertising experience), but after they took control conversions dramatically decreased, and cost per conversion skyrocketed. I was tied into a 12 month contract where in the 'small print' found out I had to give 6 months written notice or it automatically rolls over for another 6 months after the 12. After giving the required 6 months notice all efforts to fulfil their obligations dropped to a bare minimum and I had to chase them to upload promised pages and do what they were being paid for. I am writing this review to help other small businesses like mine falling into the same trap.

Spent 10k without gaining even a single client. As soon as they knew I wanted to cancel my contract they “forgot” to upload content to my website for 2 entire weeks. Then after confirming the end of my contract they still attempted to take another 1.6k payment TWICE. There is documented evidence. This review is purely factual.

Worst experience ever! Please read this before making your decision!I worked with Shout Digital for about a year. They are very unprofessional. The one who had meeting with me weekly is only a middle person who conveys messages between me and the Facebook specialist/SEO Specialist. For SEO, I paid for about a year and found out from my another marketing friend that they did almost nothing/very little for us while charging monthly fee. There is no report for me and no result at all. Before I sign up, they claimed that there will be monthly report, meetings, and monthly plans. For a year I got nothing!! I never spoke to the SEO Specialist anymore after I signed up but the middle person only! I wanted to withdrawal from their services and they requested me to pay for another 6 months for lock-in contract. I requested them to provide all reports to show me what work they have done for me for 1 year but they cannot provide at all.I never wrote any negative review for any business, and this is the worst. Please be wise when you choose marketing agency. I wouldn't recommend Shout Digital to anyone.

It's been very hard selecting a marketing agency for our business but Shout stood out from the crowd with their professionalism and honesty at the start. Working with Shout has been such a pleasure.
