As a small business that uses an online platform to handle our iris rhizome sales, it is important for our e-commerce store and website to work seamlessly - and function professionally. After spending our first year as our own “do-it-yourself” web designers, we knew we needed help. Fortunately, we identified Scepter Marketing and Jennifer Smith.Jennifer & team are extremely knowledgeable in WooCommerce and WordPress. They completed our list of specific tasks & updates, and made important recommendations for additional areas of improvement. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and very timely. We experienced firsthand their quality work, and why they have high completion and customer satisfaction rates! We couldn’t be more pleased that we selected Scepter. Thank you!

Great working with Matt! When our site was hacked, I panicked! Matt was extremely gracious, insightful and sympathetic, helping and navigating to completion. He did a terrific job investigating the root of some very challenging issues with his end result being our website was cleaned from the hack. The job ended up taking longer than expected, but Matt hung in there with us and his communication was excellent and he offered us great advice to help keep our site more secure. We will be using Matt again as we have made the decision of having him be our go to guy for ALL our tasks and future projects. Thanks Matt for a great job and being a trusted Upwork professional. 5 Stars!
