ROVR Outsourcing

We’ve been working with Tom from ROVR Outsourcing on a project to find the right talent for developing a web application, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the outset, Tom took the time to really listen to the challenges we’d experienced with previous team members and tailored his approach to suit our exact needs. He’s incredibly flexible, thoughtful, and easy to work with—always focused on finding solutions rather than just ticking boxes. What truly sets Tom apart is the system he has in place to ensure accountability and high-quality delivery from his team. It’s clear that ongoing support and maintaining standards are a top priority for him.If you’re looking for skilled professionals but don’t have the time to sift through candidates yourself, Tom is absolutely the person to speak to. Highly recommended.

We've been using Rovr at IWF Staff for 3 years now, we started off with 1 VA and now have small team of highly trained employees that work across all areas of our labour hire agency. We've had nothing but a positive experience with Rovr and will continue to use their services to support our business.
