Adam Koehler and his team have designed and supported two websites for two different salon businesses we have opened in the last 15 years – Studio 900 Salon in Cincinnati and Elements Hair Studio in Northern Kentucky.Adam has consistently proven his personal commitment to us – as his clients. He and his team’s speed and quality of response to any issues or ideas we have had for our websites - have never disappointed. As a business owner, he has an incredibly solutions driven and customer focused mindset.Reversed Out’s approach to website design is collaborative and opportunity-driven. And their results speak for themselves. Our salon consistently ranks 1st in the Greater Cincinnati market based on their work and their knowledge of SEO as well as Key Word search terms for our industry. Attached are several images of our Salon Website landing page as well as a snapshot of our current Google Rank.Reversed Out has also helped us as business owners tackle our unique challenges to differentiate our salon’s business, a salon with 20+ co-located Independent Contractors. Their work, in part, has also resulted in consistent recruitment of top Cincinnati talent to the salon and a direct impact on our bottom line.Thank you, Adam and Reversed Out for years of excellent service and support!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Reversed Out for my eBook cover design. Their team genuinely digested my novel's concept, genre, tone, protagonists, and conflict. The corresponding artwork's attention to detail brilliantly reflected each of those story elements. Releasing in 2023, Free Will and Fate could not have been granted a better first impression for prospective readers.

Reversed Out has created several logos and websites for me. They are always very thoughtful and through in the creation process making sure to understand my goals and vision and make it come to life in the most marketable way possible. I can't stress enough how valuable the experience the ownership has with small business creation and going to market on limited budget, and taking that to the next level is. Awesome company awesome people. Win win win

Adam and the Reversed Out team are a pleasure to work with. I love Adam's creative mind. His design work is not only beautiful, but functional. I also really appreciate his approach to design - achieve business objectives, not just create pretty pictures. It is joy to work with Adam and his team. I highly recommend them!
