Our experience with Redline Minds has been patchy. Helping to correct some issues with an API lead to a near disaster with our ecommerce store. While that issue was fixed, I engaged Redline Minds again to help with a new problem. Their engineer took an age to start work, and has now stopped replying to emails and failed to provide any meaningful updates for weeks; the issue continues unresolved. I've given up on using them and engaged a new solution provider.

I needed to move my site from shopify to BC. I talked to Redline Minds before making my official move. I needed to have the website to be designed from ground up. I purchased a premium theme, and her team went in and transformed the site into a extremely professional looking site. This is something I am now happy with and take a lot of pride into it.The communication was very good and in detail. One phone conference and the rest were in email.
