Samantha Baines, a TV star and entrepreneur, started Penguin in the Room over fifteen years ago. She realized creative people needed help with social media, just like big companies. Today, our diverse team of "Penguins" — including queer, disabled, and Black voices — is here to help you shine. Samantha is still our Director, guiding us with her passion.
