I spend hours on completing the assignment for the company screening process, and after waiting for the review I received a mail saying the application is rejected, despite the fact that the assignment is up to the mark. Asking for feedback, was also not favorable. No response with it. It feels like a scam, asking people to work on mini task and rejecting them. This hurt a lot specially when someone is waiting for a good job from a long time and get rejected for nothing.This was my worst experience so far in my job hunting.

Interview process was very organized and helpful, in every round hr will guide you, time to time scheduling and responding to the queries just awesome. You don't feel like you're an employee you'll own your work. Support and mentorship from the founders is commendable. Everything included destination Trips to relieve the mental stress tells how they care about their employees

My interview was done and salary was discussed less than my previous CTC. I had asked them that the offered salary is less and the HR told to discuss with the recruiter if I had any issues with the salary and in the next 15mins I had given call to recruiter saying to increase the offer for 2k or ATLEAST 1k. I had been in touch with the recruiter always finally without even coming back to me or without even intimating that they couldn't make any changes in the offer, they have written the mail straight away saying my candidature is rejected.I think management should grow up.... I should not have given the one star...just to explain the scenario I had to give the stars.DO NOT PLAY WITH CANDIDATES

I spent two days to complete their assignment. but, I haven't got any feedback.so, I contacted HR and she replied to me that she has sent the feedback to my mail long back but I haven't received it. If she would have sent the mail. I would have received it. Please don't say the same again to any candidates.
