I don't even know where to begin with these people. They have an account manager managing accounts and acting as a project manager, and she's far from qualified to do so. It doesn't appear that she even knows the basics project or vendor management. She waits until DAYS before campaigns are to be launched before beginning to work on them. She's highly unorganized and it causes major panic for us as the advertiser - so I can only imagine what the panic is like for them in-house. She's not thorough and as a result, stuff slips through the cracks ALL the time. The account manager there doesn't really seem to understand how the management and administration of marketing and advertising works, and it reflects in her communications. Although our initiatives launched within a couple days of the date we contracted them to begin, they were still late as a result of her waiting until last minute to begin working on them. As a result, we won't be working with On Ideas again. Ever.
