Purchased a web site special. Took me a little while to decide what I wanted, they told me I had taken too long making my decision and that I asked too many questions. I decided to cut ties with them and they only refunded me a part payment from what I paid, even though they had done no work. Decided to cut my losses and go elsewhere for better service. I do not recommend this business.

Great team to work with. I have used NeedTech for website redesign, ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. Brandon and staff have always been upfront and helpful, and explain everything very well which is of the utmost importance to a small business owner such as myself.
