I've been limping along with my website for years, working from time to time with a few people promising improvements and results, but in the end, there was little or no change beyond efforts I continued to make on my own. My experience with Payal and the Monk team can be summed up in one word: AMAZING! After a disappointing encounter with a freelancer on Upwork, which resulted in a problematic website that required extensive fixes, I was left frustrated. To make matters worse, a year after launching, Ruzzian hackers compromised the site and erased the backup, leaving us without a website.
