I would like to express my dissatisfaction experience with your sales representative.One of the Sales Agent was overly hard selling and made me feel uncomfortable by pushing services although I had politely declined.After reject the offer, the representative became unfriendly and dismissive, which I found very unprofessional and unnecessary.Hope that your company team services can more respectful and customer friendly. I trust that your company will take appropriate action to prevent this kind of experience from happening again.

My experience with this company has been highly disappointing. They made big promises at the start, but the actual results fell far below expectations. The quality of work delivered was poor, and deadlines were repeatedly missed with little accountability.What’s more concerning is the suspiciously large number of overly positive reviews, which seem inconsistent with what many real clients have experienced. It gives the impression that they may be trying to cover up their shortcomings instead of improving their service.Clients deserve honesty, transparency, and quality unfortunately, this company failed to deliver on all fronts. I would not recommend them unless they make serious changes...stay away from them!!

we engaged midaz orion on the promise of a lot of things only to find out that they are empty promises. it was a revamp of website to include basic e-commerce which they fulfilled but the 2nd portion where they need to boost our digital marketing is not delivered. the monthly report which they promise is an automated plugin with no strategy of where we're heading next. definitely not worth paying / subscribing for (about RM20k). also realize that their reviews are all similar, probably getting their team to submit google reviews. now we are asking back for admin rights for the website since it should be handed over, but after 2 years of chasing them for details, we still don't get any response / action. our website is stuck because of this - we can't add any plugins, etc so we had to re-create another website from scratch. absolutely disappointing, please check before you engage their services.

From last week, my company got many calls from the guy name Philips Chong or whatsoever. Using 2-3 different numbers! Crazy! Constantly call to speak to our director to promote marketing services. If we’re interested, we’ll approach la. No need to be pushy la. Now i see there are so many negative feedback, i’ll definitely block their number.

We work with with Midaz Orion to improve our automation industry website, and the results were really happy for us. Shay and his team optimized our site, and within months, we were on Google’s first page. We now receive steady leads every month. Fantastic service!
