  I commissioned Market Eagle to conduct a LinkedIn search for candidates (costing €3,000). The search yielded over 200 profiles, but only 30 were truly usable, and of those 30, only two people responded that they were currently not interested. It turns out that you currently need to invite 80 people to conduct one or two interviews. In short, an expensive solution for 30 people who are not interested or haven't responded at all.
