Working in this office has been an incredibly challenging experience due to a toxic environment fostered by a boss who exerts excessive control, reminiscent of a hostel superintendent. The atmosphere is mentally taxing, with employees facing undue pressure and mistreatment. I strongly advise potential candidates to carefully consider the work environment before joining this organizationAll the positive reviews that you are seeing are from the MD himself so pls be careful

The time I spent at Manorama Web Solutions was one of the worst experiences of my life. Really, it has a toxic environment. Dominated by 2-3 people. Every time they say we Care about your future, actually they don't. they just think about themselves. I was working as a social media intern, and really, even they don't know what social media marketing is. Every time they told us to come up with new things and plans, If I know what social media marketing is, then why I was working as an intern there? My office time was 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but I was leaving the office after 7:30 p.m. and still they didn't have satisfaction. And lastly, they don't even give the salary at the time, I had not received my 2.5-month salary, so I left the office. If anyone asks for their salary, then they have one line to say: What you think office has no money? If you have money, then why didn't you gave my salary? If anyone is thinking of joining here, my advice is don't do. You don't have any further here, so don't waste your time and knowledgeAfter this review they threatening me that they will take legal action against me because I have shared this review.

Working with Manorama was so pleasant, From Designing to Marketing, the team is so flexible and very supportive.Since I started working with this team over 4 years with different company I have never regret or fill upset .Thanks to the best team that always try to deliver on time, good management and well committed to what they offer.

The best work place to work . Especially for freshers. I joined this office as a fresher but I can proudly say that I have learnt a lot of new things from my seniors within a very short period of time. The seniors are humble and cooperative. Our Boss treats everyone as his family members. I'm proud to be part of Manoroma family.
