We recently purchase their plugin - WooCommerce Variation Update in Cart 4 weeks ago now. The licence number issued with the plugin does not work and we have messaged them several times about this problem with no response at all to-date. Disappointed with the very poor service from this company.

They DO NOT offer refunds if their plugns don't work, they ask for more money. I purchased the plugin Ultimate WooCommerce Gift Cards. The plugin doesn't work with my purchased WooCommerce theme, it's buggy and causes products to not always go to the cart. I wrote tech support two weeks ago December 17. They never wrote back so I talked to chat 2 weeks later and they said they won't give me a refund but I can PAY them to make THEIR plugin work. A plugin should be built to work on most themes and if it doesn't a refund should be issued. These guys do not follow that. It's totally unethical. I got another plugin that works fine with my theme because I needed it to work right away and I can't wait months for developer to fix it. It's rare I leave a bad review but I wish I read these before I made the purchase so I'm trying to help others. Please do not buy this plugin or anything from Makewebbetter.

This is the worst company ever!We bought a plugin from them and we needed extra features. They said pay us an extra charge and we will develop it for you. This is when the stuff started going sideways. The could not do it for almost a month and when they finally developed it, the product was just not working propperly. We chose a better option for our needs and it took 2 days to do it.Now I am trying to get a refund from them and the will not do it.NEVER use this company, they are crooks!

We spent about an hour with Shubham Verma from MakeWebBetter discussing how the abandoned cart module works and best practices. There was a fortune of information provided with a lot of patience. The plugin is good however the level of support is AMAZING.

I bought a plugin and it was not compatible with multiple ones I already have. Support is trying to get access to live website even if you explain that, legally, you're not allowed to share admin access to your data... Their responses don't let you feel any trust so you won't give them access to your customers data. They try to fix issues on a stage website but they won't share how they fixed it and keep asking to get access to live website. When you open a dispute to get a refund, they will not accept the refund so no money back guarantee... Plus, they suspend your account when you open a claim through PayPal. I don't recommend them and I'll never deal with them again.
