Company's environment is not good. I worked for 3 months but here Hr recruitment team is very worst . There is no proper leave policy. Too much office politics. Neha waghela she behave like dectator. And trying to harrash people and rude behaviour. Please be aware of fake reviews. Most of the reviews are given by employees.

HR never provides a salary range when asked. The interviewer could have been more experienced to better evaluate my profile and conduct the interview accordingly. HR was typical: calling and messaging multiple times before the interview, then disappearing afterward. The worst part was meeting another candidate with three years less experience and much lower salary expectations for the same position. Don't waste time and energy to join this agency because they don't care so why should you?

We paid them money to lose money. Honestly, I don't write a lot of reviews but I really had to in this case because I don't want others to waste their time or money. Our sales were on our way up before Logicloop. Hired them to take us to the next level. Next thing you know, our sales had plummeted. Their focus was more on justifying themselves than doing any real work. Not only did we lose the 40K retainer we paid them but we also lost money in revenue as well as the money we spent on the ads that we're never getting back. Really wanted this to work out but very sad with the callous attitude as well as their inability to take any responsibility. They're still making excuses but the truth is - numbers don't lie. And the numbers, in this case, show their incompetence.
