Kbizsoft Solution

I had the opportunity to interview at Kbizsoft. My interview took place on a Friday, and I got a call from HR after the weekend informing me that I was not selected. They did mention I could reappear for the interview after three months, which I really appreciate.During the interview, HR asked me many questions that I couldn’t answer, and it made me realize how much more I need to learn as an SEO Executive. The technical test was well-prepared, and I was quite impressed with its structure. It helped me understand my strengths and where I need improvement.Even though I wasn’t selected, I got a chance to visit the office, and I really liked the work environment. The floor was silent and professional, with everyone working seriously and focused. The experience gave me confidence and direction for the future. I just felt that a bit more feedback on the result would have been helpful.

Kbizsoft family has been a fantastic experience for me. The team leads are incredibly supportive and always available to assist with any project-related queries, making my time here truly enjoyable. Despite occasional challenges, the overall environment fosters growth and learning, allowing me to develop new skills and knowledge. I wholeheartedly(hehe) recommend Kbizsoft to anyone looking to make a huge change and experience personal and professional growth. ☕😅Cons:1. Sometimes(always) work extends beyond office hours.😡2. Limited emphasis on work-life balance.😮‍💨
