IT Concepts

For several years we have relied on Rhett Yankowski and his capable associates to provide support for our constant, and frequently unexpected, technological requirements. Rhett’s team has always been able to provide immediate diagnostic assistance and get our offices back up with a minimum of delay. Advanced IT Concepts has been able to provide my company with instantaneous, reliable support necessary to keep our company technologically competitive.

Advanced IT Concepts provides excellent support. I particularly appreciate that weekend support is available. I am able to work seamlessly on weekends from a home office Advanced IT set up for me. When I have an issue to be addressed on any given weekend the same quick attention to the matter is provided that I receive during the regular work week.

Advanced IT Concepts has become an integral partner for our business! We could not have asked for a better partner when switching from local data and IT management to cloud based and support managed services. Despite transitioning during the pandemic, Rhett and his very capable team have been instrumental in providing our staff the continuous support they need at any time of day. They are a true asset.

SStonewall Title Company

We have been with Advanced IT for at least a couple years. They are the most responsive IT consultant we have ever used! Each person is very knowledgeable about any issues we have, or quickly finds someone that does. We especially like that they specialize in title agencies and speak our language and know our software. The provide peace of mind that our computer systems are safe.
