Our non-profit organization has had an amazing experience working with Brittany and the whole team. IDS has been great to work with. They are quick to reply to any issues that we have, and are always able to come up with an efficient and effective solution. I also appreciate their willingness to offer multiple solutions and allow us as the customer to decide on the solution that fits our needs the best. I never feel as though they are pushy towards one solution or another, but rather provide us with all the necessary information and guidance while allowing us to decide how to move forward best for us.
