This company is very quick to take your money but super slow with refunding it. I wanted to try their service, and I was misled about the additional fee for displaying the listings in Calgary. I was told that the CREA DDF will show the listings, but in reality, I'd need a Pillar9, which is an extra fee. I was promised a refund of all the fees I had paid if I was not satisfied. I signed up on June 24 and sent my first cancellation email on July 7. The second email was sent on July 18, and the third one was sent on July 21. I talked to Olga a few times always promised that the refund would be issued shortly. Nothing happened, and to my surprise, they charged me another monthly fee on July 24. I called Olga the same day and again promised a refund. I'm on the phone calling my c/c provider to complain now. I don't need this aggravation and wasted time. My experience with this company has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. It quickly became evident that their primary focus is on maximizing profits rather than providing quality service or building genuine relationships with customers. There appears to be little to no emphasis on transparency, integrity, or customer satisfaction.The service I received was consistently subpar. On multiple occasions, the company failed to deliver what was promised, and any attempts to seek clarification or resolution were met with evasive responses. There is a noticeable lack of straightforward communication, making it difficult to trust any commitments they make.What’s particularly concerning is the overwhelming number of seemingly artificial 5-star reviews. These do not reflect the reality of the service they provide, and they create a misleading impression for potential customers. This tactic, unfortunately, comes across as deceptive and undermines the credibility of their entire operation.There were also repeated attempts to upsell or charge for unnecessary services, which felt like a deliberate effort to take advantage of customers rather than serve them. This kind of approach reflects poorly on their business ethics and raises serious concerns about their overall trustworthiness.In conclusion, based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this company. If you value honesty, reliability, and professional service, I would strongly advise exploring other, more reputable options.
