This company is 10/10 best customer service I have ever experienced. Ics hosted our website for apprx a year, we recently had to change providers for a short period of time. We have had troubles with this new provider Zack took the time out of his day even on a Friday night to help us with another hosting agency this is pure class act. Once our new website gets up and going with our new business we will 100% be reaching out to ICS.

Working with ICS was such a delight!! They are so knowledgeable, patient and fun. They spent answered all of our questions, explained every step as many times as we needed and exceeded our expectations with our logo & new website. Couldn't recommend more!

I have worked with the ICS team on a couple of projects. I find them professional, smart, and customer focused. They're a great team and delivered excellent results for my business.I like how their software and design teams work great together. On one project, my email-open rates consistently increased to over 40%. Zach also gave me some excellent marketing advice completely unrelated to our current project. One of the reasons the project was so successful is that I wrote a detailed project scope statement before engaging with them. ICS and I reviewed the scope and got aligned EARLY in the project. As a small business owner and someone who has been in business for over 12 years, I can highly recommend ICS with confidence.David Kincade, MAInstructor for the Advanced Grant Writing Course™

ICS gave our business exactly what we were looking for- and they did it efficiently, cost effectively, and with great humans to work with! They provided us with a new website in multiple languages, created various video content for us, and worked promptly with our team to answer any follow up questions we had. Cannot recommend them enough!!

ICS is the real deal! There's a lot of movement in my industry and days and weeks can go by in the blink of an eye. ICS was able to provide quality web design along with photography in a very reasonable time frame. I absolutely loved working with ICS from the team's infectious personalities to their well rounded service and one-stop-shop feeling.
