I'm disappointed with the poor service I received, finding it lacked value for money. Despite the 4.9-star review, my experience didn't align with the high rating, making me question the authenticity of the positive feedback. Honest reviews are crucial for transparency, and I hope others can make more informed decisions based on varied experiences.
