Gel have been supporting our small charity for some time, and have recently been instrumental in implementing our brand refresh. They are extremely reliable, responsive and flexible - suggesting creative solutions to present our work in an authentic and engaging way and always on hand to help with our questions and requests, no matter how big or small. Graeme and Tim are highly skilled and approachable and a joy to work with. Their community-based values and local connections resonate perfectly with our mission and we are very grateful for their support.

Having been on both sides of the table, I can honestly say this project went brilliantly from start to finish. Carly, Graeme, Beth, Elisha, and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with - professional, creative, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us.The workshops were a real highlight: thought-provoking, engaging, and packed with insights that pushed us to think differently about our brand and future direction. The process of designing our new brand and website was smooth, collaborative, and expertly managed, with great communication every step of the way.The team came up with creative, practical solutions to every challenge we threw at them, and nothing ever felt “cookie cutter” - everything was tailored to us. We’ve now got a bold new brand and a powerful website that will help us step confidently into our next stage of growth. Delighted to have worked with Graeme and his team at Gel over the last 6 months. They have held our hand through the discovery stage to better understand how the last 20 years of business for Inception can best be communicated and how we can position the brand and marketing activities moving forward to best represent what we do and why it would be of value to others. This has resulted in a complete revamp of the website with consistent messages and feel regardless of web, print, email or in person. Great knowledge and really fantastic people to work with. Thank you, it's been a great start and we look forward to phase two which is online lead generation and ROI.... watch this space, hopefully another positive review to come on phase two.
