We first began working with First Tracks Marketing eight years ago to help us stabilize our SEO, but soon realized that they could provide additional services related to marketing. During the time that we worked with FTM, they helped us design a new website using WordPress and advanced our digital marketing strategies. Of particular note, FTM helped us to navigate (and thrive!) during the Covid pandemic—they were super responsive and creative as we launched a number of sudden online initiatives to meet the needs of our families.

Our non-profit organization website was badly in need of a new website and logo. FirstTracks met and exceeded our goals. As a mostly volunteer based organization, it was difficult at times on our end to find meeting times, but FirstTracks was always accommodating and communication was easy. We requested last minute changes with our logo before the website went live and FirstTracks was able to make the changes and meet our deadline. They also assisted in setting up a Google Workspace with new emails that drastically changed the efficiency of our work. We are very grateful for their help and support.

I highly recommend FirstTracks for any website + marketing needs! As a new small business owner, there were so many nuances to making our subscription based website run well plus making sure it's customer friendly. FirstTracks provided ideas on where we knew our site had limitations and overall efficiencies to make it easier for customers to place orders and more importantly, make the output on the backend more streamlined. They were always available to explain the process - since I don't speak coding language :) When our first projects were complete, Jim did an excellent job reviewing all that was done and made it known that we can always reach out with future questions.
