We first began working with First Tracks Marketing eight years ago to help us stabilize our SEO, but soon realized that they could provide additional services related to marketing. During the time that we worked with FTM, they helped us design a new website using WordPress and advanced our digital marketing strategies. Of particular note, FTM helped us to navigate (and thrive!) during the Covid pandemic—they were super responsive and creative as we launched a number of sudden online initiatives to meet the needs of our families.

Our non-profit organization website was badly in need of a new website and logo. FirstTracks met and exceeded our goals. As a mostly volunteer based organization, it was difficult at times on our end to find meeting times, but FirstTracks was always accommodating and communication was easy. We requested last minute changes with our logo before the website went live and FirstTracks was able to make the changes and meet our deadline.
