This is just a few examples of things i experienced: 1) the website was launched with tons of mistakes including simple spelling typos. It took weeks for them to fix it despite me pointing to errors. It looked like there was no quality control whatsoever, 2) marketing campaign was a total disaster. Every time a change was planned to be made, it took weeks and my multiple reminders to do what was planned to be done, 3) text message campaign went live with deadly glitches such as broken links
