Unacceptable service. A lot of money for a mediocre site, which was not even delivered in the agreed time. Although the money given did not include services, which are essential for the good functioning and efficiency of a website, such as SEO and Hosting and additional money was requested for these services and when asked what exactly they provide for the money they give us they initially asked, the answer was design and configuration, and while the contract stated the provision of hosting, they told me that there was a mistake in the wording. In addition, I experienced great difficulty in contacting them on the phone as they did not return calls. Overall very dissatisfied with our cooperation. Fortunately we are now gone from that company and now have a great site, it's just sad that we threw so much money away.

An appointment was held at our company's headquarters in Thessaloniki, a full recording of needs both in person and via Microsoft Teams. They informed us that we would receive a quote for a website redesign and marketing package. We never heard from them again.
